Do you love to spar? Do you want to improve your skills and join students from all over Colorado in sparring? Once a month, we travel to another location to do drills and improve our sparring game.

Ladies' Self-Defense
Join us for our first ever Ladies’ Self-Defense Course! Ladies (13+) are welcome to join us for a free class to learn techniques to help confidently defend yourself. One in three women is the victim of some type of violent attack within her lifetime. Prepare now to avoid, if possible, or engage, if needed, with an attacker.
Parents’ Night Out
It’s time for another Parents’ Night Out!
Parents, drop you kids off for a night of fun and games while you take some time for you. We’ll hang out, eat pizza, and play some games with the kids, making sure that they burn off some energy and have a blast. Sign up is available during classes, and hurry…space is limited!
Ninja Camp
Want to learn to be a ninja? Join us for our last summer camp of 2022, and bring your friends! Registration includes your very own blowgun, ninja games, learning to throw “ninja stars” (with suction cups…don’t worry, parents!) and tons of fun with friends. Sign up in class, and bring a friend!
Jedi Camp
Red, blue, or green? Choose your side with a padded lightsaber (included with your registration) and get ready for an epic battle! Sign up in class, and tell your friends!
