This class is a free class for all ladies, ages 13+. We will be demonstrating and engaging in techniques to help defend yourself in an attack. We believe in simple techniques that use leverage, not strength, to “get out, get away, and get help.”

Please dress in athletic attire that allows for movement and interaction with others in both standing and floor techniques. Bring a water bottle, and let us help you find confidence and empowerment in dealing with potential threats!
