Are you interested in sparring? On the first Saturday of every month, we are gathering with NMAA Taekwondo schools and students from all over Colorado to improve our sparring game!

Classes on these Saturdays will be shortened at Superior Martial Arts, and those who would like to participate in Super Sparring just need instructor permission to attend these special events at Venture Flatirons. Chat with an instructor during your next class, and we hope to see you there!
